Prices & Payments:

Prices are based on costs are set as per the announcements made by Sea Hawk Adventures. Sea Hawk Adventures reserves the right to adjust prices until you have made full payment for your experience. Dates, prices and itineraries are indicative only and subject to change. Insurance, personal purchases during the trip are not included in your price.Sea Hawk Marine Sport and Adventures LLC maintains the http://sea-hawk.ae Website (“Site”). Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Royal Light general Trading LLC policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Payments Confirmation:

Payment confirmation shall be sent to the email used or provided when doing the booking on the website or any other booking channel within 24 hours. Providing the incorrect email will result in not receiving the email confirmation of your booking/payment.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Sea Hawk Marine Sport and Adventures L.L.C policies and rules

If cancellation occurred by Sea Hawk Adventures:

Sea Hawk Adventures reserves the right to cancel activities and will advise you of such cancellations. In this case Sea Hawk Adventures will offer you alternative arrangements and if the price of your alternative booking is of lower value than the original booking we will refund the difference to you. If you do not accept alternative arrangements we will refund all payments you have made to Sea Hawk Adventures, less any unrecoverable costs incurred by Sea Hawk Adventures, but we will not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for any claims made by you for any additional costs incurred by you.

Sea Hawk Adventures will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of any activities or experiences due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Sea Hawk Adventures and includes but is not limited to war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, airline delays, adverse weather conditions, fire and strikes. If Sea Hawk Adventures does cancel a booking as a result of Force Majeure, or government advice, Sea Hawk Adventures will offer you alternative arrangements and if the price of your alternative booking is of lower value than the original booking we will refund the difference to you. If you do not accept alternative arrangements, we will refund all payments you have made to Sea Hawk Adventures less any unrecoverable costs. Sea Hawk Adventures will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you.

Cancellation by you/your representative & Refund Policy:

If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking notification, a cancellation must be made to Sea Hawk Adventures in writing.
If you cancel any kayaking trips including guided tours and rentals, the following conditions apply;

● 3 days prior - full refund
● 24 hours prior - full credit
● 24 hours after - 100% no refund / credit

*If the cancellation is due to you having COVID-19/ “flu-like symptoms”, and providing a medical certificate is supplied as proof, Sea Hawk will hold 100% of funds paid and will transfer booking as credit.

*Credits can be redeemed and used to any of the Sea Hawk activities within 31 days from the start of your original booking date.

If you reschedule any kayaking trips including guided tours and rentals, the following conditions apply;
● Rescheduling must be done at least 6 hours before the intended trip
● A 10% reschedule fee will be incurred and must be paid by cash in the location
● Late are considered no show resulting to 100% no refund / credit

*A 10-minute grace period will be given to rental bookings If you cancel special trips including camping, cruise, courses or any 1-day event, the following conditions apply;

● 7 days prior - full refund
● 3 days prior - full credit
● 24 hours prior - 100% no refund / credit

*If the cancellation is due to you having COVID-19/ “flu-like symptoms”, and providing a medical certificate is supplied as proof, Sea Hawk will hold 100% of funds paid and will transfer booking as credit.

*Credits can be redeemed and used to any of the Sea Hawk activities within 31 days from the start of your original booking date. If you reschedule special trips including camping, cruise, courses or any 1-day event, the following conditions apply;

● Rescheduling must be done at least 3 days before the intended trip/activity
● A 10% reschedule fee will be incurred and must be paid by cash in the location
● Late are considered no show resulting to 100% no refund / credit

*A 10-minute grace period will be given if needed prior to 1 hour notice There are no refunds or transfer to an alternative activity if you wish to cancel after the 24 hours mark. If you wish to cancel but you find someone to take your spot, then you can replace your name with the new person’s name. You are fully responsible for finding your replacement. No refunds will be made if you leave an activity or experience for any reason after the activity or experience has begun. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment only and may take up to 45 working days.

Changes to your experience:

Changes may occur because of Force Majeure, poor road conditions, weather, availability of transport, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond Sea Hawk Adventures’ control like high wind or rough sea. You accept that such changes may occur.

Where changes occur we will, where practical, advise you of such changes. Sea Hawk Adventures does not accept any responsibility for loss of enjoyment, delays or compensation resulting from changes due to Force Majeure or any reasons beyond Sea Hawk Adventures’ control.

Complaints:

If you have any complaint about your experience or activity, you must make it known at the earliest opportunity to the Sea Hawk Adventures guide, who will, where possible, take appropriate action. If you are not satisfied with their response and feel your enjoyment is likely to be significantly affected you should notify us in writing and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If, at the end of the experience, you feel your complaint has not been properly dealt with you must notify us in writing within 30 days of the end of your experience.
